The Application collects information when you download and use it, including your IP address, visited pages, dates and times of use, time spent in the Application, and your mobile operating system.

The Application does not collect precise location information and does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

The Service Provider may use information you provide to contact you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application and service.

The Application uses RevenueCat, which has its own privacy policy. The Service Provider may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, respond to government requests, or work with trusted service providers.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider retains User Provided data while you use the Application and for a reasonable time afterward. To request deletion, contact contact@ink-river.com.

Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

Security

The Service Provider uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information it processes and maintains.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use is deemed approval of changes.
