These terms and conditions apply to the Firstlight app for mobile devices, created by Ink River, LLC as a Free service.
Effective May 6, 2026
Agreement
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, extraction of source code, translation, or derivative versions are prohibited. Intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.
Device Security and Data
The Application stores and processes data you provide in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for maintaining device security. Jailbreaking or rooting may compromise security and may cause the Application to stop functioning correctly.
Third Party Services
The Application uses RevenueCat, which has its own terms and conditions.
Connectivity and Charges
Some functions require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application cannot function due to lack of connectivity, data allowance, device battery, carrier charges, roaming charges, or other third-party charges.
Responsibility
The Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, but accepts no liability for direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on Application functionality.
Updates and Termination
The Application may be updated, operating system requirements may change, and the Service Provider may stop providing the Application at any time. Upon termination, your rights and licenses end and you must stop using the Application.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions by posting a new version on this page.
